“Tan, the owner of Westland Design Ltd, is wonderful. He listened and really understood our need. Me dad has alzheimer's and had started wandering. Now with our beautiful enclosed and gated courtyard, he is safe and we are happy. My elderly parents sit and admire the open and interesting space for hours and the birdies come and bathe in our little water feature. If dad were to wake up confused in the night he can sit in his softly illuminated garden and find peace and tranquility. Tan and Doug and Lucas worked so hard to create a work of art for us, we are completely pleased and grateful. I now feel a deep friendship for Tan and hope he and his team and family will always be a part of ours. Which is another fact in his favour, he took me around to many different project sites and all the home owners I met were so pleased with their projects, even after many years. “We recently had a pergola built, and stamped concrete and landscaping installed, by Jovak and we are very pleased with the end result! After we talked with John about how we would like to improve the functionality and privacy of our back yard, while tying it in with our existing landscaping, John presented us with a great design. He was very knowledgable about the products he would use, and presented an estimate of cost that seemed reasonable. His employees were efficient and respectful, and the work was done in a timely fashion. They accommodated a few changes and additions we made along the way, and even after the job was done. John went through an inspection with us prior to final payment. The finished product exceeded our expectations, yet stayed within the budget. We would recommend, and have recommended, Jovak Landscape & Design without hesitation to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable and talented landscaper.”

“I highly recommend Hyland Landscapes. We had multiple companies provide us with a quote for our backyard renovation and Hyland provided us with the most detailed quote and thorough plan. Their staff was on-time, professional, and very good at communicating during the project to help us get exactly what we envisioned for an end project. We have already recommended them to a few friends and they have followed up twice with us to see how we like the final product and check to see if any additional touch ups are needed. “CC leveled and put paving stones on my rear deck area. They were punctual, respectful, friendly and worked very hard. They used a creative idea on the stairs that is my favourite feature. There have been no sinking nor shifting of the stones. There are a couple minor angle issues which kept me from giving 5 stars. I have recommended these guys and will continue to do so; not for their low prices, but for the quality of my experience with them..”

“Blue Bear Landscape Concstruction (Mike Koch) has transformed a problem spot in our garden into a fascinating meditation garden with a contemporary water feature and a careful selection of plants, rocks, and driftwood. This job included the construction of a small rock wall and the installation of feature lights. There is always something blooming yet at the same time it is low maintenance. We are often observing different birds and squirrels that visit the water fountain or the flowers. Mike was pleasant to have around. He is a hardworking fellow who completed the job on time and on budget. We appreciated his design skills to create such an enjoyable tranquil spot. Mike's work does not only look good on the surface, he knows how to build solidly underneath to make things last. We are planning to hire Mike again to re-design our front yard and entrance area. I recommend Mike's work to my friends and family.”
