“We recently purchased our first home. Paul came out and looked at our potential kitchen remodel. While there he heard we were also looking for interior painters. He asked to bid on that as well. He did a thorough walk through and pointed out many things I hadn't noticed before. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, a day or two later Paul apologetically said that he could not meet our time schedule for the work since we wanted to move into the house within a month. It was the busy season for construction and I understood completely. I will not hesitate to get a bid from Paul again for future products since his obvious experience and expertise shone through during our one meeting.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“I started working with Nancy Finneson of DeMane Design, to remodel my master bathroom. To date, I’ve remodeled all four bathrooms in my home using her design services. She listened to my ideas and preferences and expanded on them to give me beautiful, updated rooms that are better than I could have imagined. Nancy designed a built in cabinet for my master bath that gave me storage I never thought possible, in addition to upgrading its entire look. In one of my guest baths her use of tile and glass accent tile made a simple bathroom into something elegant. Nancy was tireless in her search to help me find just the right paint color, cabinets, tile and lights which all came together beautifully. I love my new bathrooms and couldn't have done it without her!”

“Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”

“I’ve worked with this team through 2 bathroom remodels. First our master bathroom which consisted of moving all plumbing, tearing down walls and even building walls. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful. Ken and his team worked fast and were very communicative during the process even with last minute changes. Secondly, our basement bathroom had a flood and we decided to work with Ken and his team again. We moved plumbing, torn down walls, added new walls and our bathroom is amazing and it was completely so quickly. I appreciate not only how fast the team worked, but how involved in the process we were. From lighting, to switches, to hanging up the towel bar, we were always involved to make sure it was done right. We even asked the team to help with some lighting changes downstairs and adding a fan to our upstairs bathroom and they happily made time for us to make it happen. I 100% trust this team in my home and to care for my home as if it were their own. Glad I found them as we will always give them a call for our future projects.”
