“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. “Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”
