“Installation of our new kitchen flooring was a challenge due to unevenness of the surface. After a weekend for drying, the floor leveling compound developed hairline cracks and loose places. The installer didn't even hesitate to remove it and start over. Perfect installation took twice as long as estimated, but perfection was achieved and without any extra charges for the labor required to start over. The countertop and backsplash installation by the same company was equally as perfect. As of this date, their part of the project is completed. However, the photo shows open storage because another contractor for the cabinet doors and drawers had to be fired for inferior workmanship and we are still waiting on the third contractor to finish the project. This is no reflection on the great work done by Mock Fashion Floors. Just bear that in mind when looking at the photo.”
