“Adam and his crew do excellent work! We've brought them in on several jobs and wether it be hardwood floors, vinyl, or carpet, they run a clean and effective job. “Top notch! Burroughs Hardwoods is an outstanding company to work with! We bought a home that needed complete remodeling and renovations. The first thing to go was all of the old carpets. We decided to replace all of our floors with hardwood flooring. We always try to give local businesses work when we can, so we decided to give Burroughs Hardwoods a shot. We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the store until our floors were installed. It is a small family owned and operated business so we got to work with the owners first hand. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products (this was extremely helpful because I knew nothing going into this!) They were patient with me as a had to consider every color/type of floor in the store to ensure that I was picking the right one (I'm very indecisive). We were able to bring samples home with us to think about and there was no pressure to have to make our decision right away. We had to replace all of the floors downstairs and upstairs, so we knew that the cost would be significant. They were very fair and honest with their pricing (we priced around as well). We are EXTREMELY pleased with our floors and would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others.”

“We replaced carpeting in almost all of our house. Carpet and Flooring Centers of NJ did a superb job. Everything Susan Gibbs said would be done was expertly done. They made an otherwise difficult event easy. Susan provided excellent in helping us decide what to do with colors and products. I had a number of hand made doors, saddles and trim that I was concerned about being damaged. Nothing was damaged. They moved all of the furniture and replaced it exactly as we wanted. We also had special needs installing carpeting in closets with floor standing shelves and prepping a stairs for a new bannister, and everything worked out. It was a pleasure working with Susan, and the crew that did the work was friendly, courteous, and very skilled.”

“EWFC was a great help from the beginning, in letting me take out many, many swatches in order to determine which patterns I wanted for my Kitchen and Laundry room vinyl floors. They also honored the price they gave me over a year before, which was largely confirmed by word of mouth, because I don't think they made a written quote back then, but they honored the price anyway, which I greatly appreciated. The installation occurred on the scheduled date, and the work was done efficiently and neatly. There was a minor issue a few days later, in which the moulding under the dishwasher fell off, which seemed to occur because it was just a little too large, so opening the DW door loosened it. When I called them to address it, they returned shortly afterwards with new moulding, cut shorter, and promptly repaired it. Overall I'm quite pleased. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one of the workers put a minor scratch in one of the cabinets when he installed the floor, and, the small gold nails / brads used to secure the threshold are coming out of the floor. It 's on my list to go back and see if they have longer nails that I'll replace them with. In closing, I'd hire them again and I'd recommend them too.”

“A friend recommended that I go to Ramtown when I bought my house. I needed new carpet on my staircase and in the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. I also wanted a custom area rug to cover the wood floor in the master bedroom. Nancy and Pam recommended great options for both areas and we are so happy with the look and performance of what we chose. They do not work on commission so everyone in the showroom including Cindy is always willing to help anyone who walks in and there is no high pressure like other stores we went to. Even better the prices were really great. The installers were professional and the customer service manager Tommy, followed up to make sure we were happy and that all went well. We have other rooms to do in this big house and so when we need wood, tile or carpet we will definitely go to Ramtown. In fact my sister in law is getting her floors from them now too.”
