“We were looking for backsplash tile tile for our kitchen and the staff at Flooring Canada were so helpful. They gave many good ideas to consider but were not pushy. I enjoyed the beautiful displays as both my husband and I are "visual learners" are really benefitted from seeing the samples. We especially loved the idea of of adding a brushed nickel strip in the centre of our tile to add a more modern feel to our kitchen. It complemented our chrome appliance and now chrome fixture plates. Great idea!”

“We had a really tight timeline for replacing the carpet on our 150 year old, charmingly wonky stairs, because we decided to put our house on the market a month earlier than anticipated. I know that we were asking a lot, at a time of year that is really busy for them, yet at every juncture, each employee that we worked with from Larry’s was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, aware of our needs, and beyond professional. I went in on a Monday, and by Thursday at noon, our carpet was installed. I know that sometimes, this kind of quick turnaround is out of anyone’s control due to supply chain delays and labor shortages, and that we were really lucky that things worked as they did, but what stood out to us the most is the quality of interactions that we had with everyone at Larry’s: the person who helped us narrow down our carpet choice based on the quirkiness of our old stairs was knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful, and helpful; the person who came to the house to look at the stairs and provide a quote was punctual, simply lovely, informed, and aware and conscientious of our timeline (and our dog really liked him); the person who scheduled the job and was understanding, patient, communicative, and flexible (especially when I accidentally screwed up their email address when I was doing my etransfer to them); and the person who installed the carpet with his apprentice was highly skilled, professional, and friendly. On top of that, I worked from home that day and I overheard the installer instructing and explaining the job to his apprentice. As an adult educator myself, I have to say that I was really impressed by the way he was teaching his trade. I can’t say too many positive things about this business. This level of customer service and competence are a rarity, and especially because of the value of the job. The work they performed was exceptional, but their work is priced incredibly competitively.”
