“Totally professional and friendly service throughout. My rug was tired and sad, and silly holidaymakers staying at my property had hoovered the fringes almost to extinction. An online search for help produced Kilimshop, and a couple of phone calls and the exchange of some photos afterward, and my rug was on its way to them. Transport organised by Kilimshop. Four or five weeks later, with update phonecalls and emails to let me know how my project was progressing, my rug arrived. Magic. Like new, having been cleaned and new fringes attached both safely, and to protect the integrity of the existing fibres. I am now so proud of my rug that no way is it going to be laid back in my holiday home. I will lay it in a better place in my home. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Only one problem... they still haven't sent me a bill!!!!!!!!!!!”
