“A relatable guy who listens, cares what you want to accomplish, offers options, truthful in cost production for your desires, and will show you different work projects he has done. His family owned organization is extremely courteous and will work to get things done with your schedule. I cant say enough about this contractor except personal testimony for all the different projects his crew has done for my house. Highly recommend his company to everyone who lets me know they have a construction or remodeling project.”

“Chad built a pantry in my kitchen since it was built without one. After he reinstalled the trim and crown molding, you couldn't even tell that this was an addition - it looks just like it was built with the house! Project was completed within timeline, and exactly within estimated budget. I'm already talking with him about my next project - a sunroom addition to the house!! Can't wait!”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Michael and Zarina Rosenfeld from Rosenfeld Construction. In 2005, my husband and I had flood damage to our two story home. The entire upstairs and down stair floors were ruined. The damage included the downstairs ceilings and most of the vertical walls. We had to move out temporarily while our home was being restored. My kitchen was a very small galley and in- adequate to say the least. We decided this was the time to add on to our home. The following addition was added on - a master bathroom, two walk in closets in the master bedroom, a large kitchen with 12 foot ceilings, custom cabinets and a large island, a full size laundry room and a new entrance and front door. Michael was very detailed in his work and a perfectionist! The door moldings, baseboards and wood work is such fine craftsmanship. The house received a new roof, new paint in every room, hardwood floors through out the main floor and granite counter tops in the kitchen. The addition looks like it is all original to the home. I am still so pleased and receive many compliments on my lovely custom home. I found Michael and Zarina very easy to work with and they took very good care of my concerns and requests. They are both very knowledgeable about period and style of homes and can get the best value for the price of the many items needed. They were always looking out for my pocket book and upfront about costs. I am so happy I had Michael and Zarina do the work on our home. They are wonderful people and I highly recommend them! “Justin has been really great to work with. Considering we operate a wedding venue, we have high standards and often must work within strict deadlines. He has always been able to meet our deadlines and provides high quality work. Justin and his team have completed a number of small and large scale projects for us including: roof replacements, painting, bathroom updates (painting, vanity and counter replacements, adding additional stalls), dressing room remodels (flooring, painting, new counters and custom cabinets, shiplap, built in benches and more), and a lounge/fire pit area in our outdoor venue. Justin makes sure to communicate with us throughout our projects and always offers multiple options and solutions in the event we need to change or fix something. “We had restoration work done due to water damage. I handle the insurance claim myself and contracted Royal Housing for the work. They provided an accurate quote that was immediately accepted by the insurance company with no issues. The contractor was easy to work with, and there was no problem adding a few additional items to the scope of work. The finish product looks very good and the quality of craftsmanship and materials are also very good. Most importantly, the cost for the job was fair and they completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a very good experience.”
