“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

“Our rental property sustained roof damage during high winds and rain earlier this month exposing the wood roof above an occupied townhome. A call was made to Holmes Build when the damage was discovered the next evening. The owner was at the property within an hour to assess the roof damage and securely tarp the exposed areas as more rain and wind was expected that evening. The repair and replacement of shingles was completed efficiently by 2 professionals with minimal disturbance to residents in the building and all damaged material was bagged and hauled away. We highly recommend Holmes Build, LLC .”

“This is my first time using Fifthroom and I was very pleased with the service I received. After I put in my order the service rep called me back to tell me the chest would not make it in time for Christmas. I knew it wouldn't be possible to get it to its destination before Christmas because I ordered it so late, but I appreciated the call. The rep was very polite, courteous and friendly. I just checked with the recipient, my niece, and she said she received it in good order (even more the estimated time of delivery). I will definitely use your company again.”

“Dylan has done 4 or 5 different things since I moved into my new home. He has installed a backsplash, hung pictures, put up a mantle , installed a glass block window and other miscellaneous projects. In each case Dylan's work has far exceeded my expectations. He has always been right on time ( unusual for sure in this industry). His work habits are exceptional and he has always left my house nest and clean.”

“I have used Bartell Services on a number of large and small projects at my home. Most recently they installed a large outdoor deck after removing the old one. Phil Bartell is knowledgeable and conscientious, and his employees are professional and respectful. They do great work, and always leave things neat and orderly when they leave at the end of the day. “Finding a good reliable and knowledgeable contractor that can handle home remodeling is really tricky and scary, HOWEVER we were fortunate enough to be talking with real estate professional and happened to mention that we were looking for someone that .ould help us with MAJOR outdoor remodeling as well as reworking the inside of our home. As luck would have it she gave us information on Casey Jordan. We called him and told him all the details of our MAJOR remodeling of the outside of our home which included a new roof, replacing a small deck front to our home to a full sized detailed porch. A new retaining wall around the center part of our circular drive way and replacing the driveway. Then moving to the back putting a new full deck on the back with a large rough cut wooden porch over 80% of it and a matching pergola over the other 20%. (he is having hand made by an Amish craftsman that he has a connection with) The price he quoted to us was amazing and immediately he was there with his full team the next day. Their work is amazing and they never miss a beat. They were friendly to deal with and always open to those last moment changes we all seem to make. I wish I could give you photos of the before and after but its going to take him another couple weeks. Ill post them when the job is finished... you wont believe it! He even will add that special touch or two just to make you happy. (after asking my wife if it was OK he installed special outdoor canned ceiling lights that are blue toothed so they play music from my IPad or IPhone etc as well as being able to turn the lights on and off, dim them, etc) I am FAR MORE than pleased and cant wait to have them start on the inside of our house. If you are in the Butler, Allegheny,County area and looking for a really great contractor that knows what he is doing and by far is the most trustworthy person to deal with you wont be sorry hiring Casey Jordan. We cant speak highly enough about him and his work ethic. You wont go wrong by hiring Casey.”
