“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”
