“As co/owner of Laney's Restaurant I hired Vince Lijoi of Lijoi Builders to repair and rebuild sections of my restaurant that were damaged. Not only did Vince fix the damage he made my building better by fixing it the correct way. On one occasion my ceiling collapsed over night, I called him the next morning, he responded and fixed it immediately so I could open for business. Vince is a wonderful contractor, does GREAT work, has an exceptional attention to detail and on top of all that he is fair and honest. When starting another business I used Lijoi Builders and Vince helped me through the planning and zoning process. I would highly recommend Lijoi Builders if you want things done right.”

“Major renovations at our second home in Brandon, VT. Required complete redesign and reconstruction of the space on the first floor with partial redesign of the second floor with new bathroom added. It was a pleasure to work with Cliff and his crew of Three Oaks Construction and the several sub-contractors that he brought in for various specialized tasks that were part of this major renovation project. Every individual, whether directly on Cliff’s team or part of a sub-contractor’s team, was someone who took pride in their workmanship in every detail that was part of this project and it was obvious to us as we progressed. Even though the renovation was designed with blue-prints supplied by the designer, we got numerous suggestions for alternate approaches from Cliff and his team as the project progressed. Several of these ideas made the alteration have better utility or looks or both. Being in a situation where we had time since we did not have a hard deadline when we were planning on moving into the space, we were able to consider and assess several of the alternatives and act upon the ones we saw most suitable for us. Overall, it was a great experience working with a crew of people who were always pleasant to work with and ready to listen to suggestions and/or questions that arose as the renovations progressed. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Cliff and his entire crew for any construction or carpentry work.”

“We re-built an entire 1/2 bathroom. Tim's recommendations were very stylish and right-on our taste. The team worked quickly an very neatly, we never had to clean-up behind them. After tearing out the cabinets, sink, toilet, tile and some wall board to clean-out some mold, the bathroom was the cleanest it has been in years. They always arrived on time and prepared for any eventuality. Re-install went quickly and the finish work was great. We are very happy with the entire process.”

“Luke and his crew built a timber frame boathouse for our family in 2015. Unlike GMTF's usual body of work, this project was new construction using hemlock and oak harvested from the site. From our rough pencil sketch drawing Luke developed the frame design, gave us a cut list for the sawyer and saw the project through to the end. Luke's communication was excellent, the work was timely and the pictures tell the rest of the story. This is some incredible joinery! Thank you GMTF!”
