“they did a great job on our room addition. The quality of work was excellent, the workers are punctual, hard-working, respectful, and efficient. Our new room is beautiful! I did wish that the project manager updated us more often, but the company is very responsive when this concern was raised. The custom-built bookshelves are beautfiul, and the stone work on our atrium makes it look like a piece of art. Tom was very enthusiastic, with a lot of good ideas. Roberto and Belin were great foremen. Victor was a pleasure to work with!”

“I recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Oakasa, which was a wonderful experience. In the past, I’ve had to work with unresponsive teams and pay extra hidden costs as my projects went on. The Oakasa team was just wonderful, and Lior was a very responsive and professional owner/project manager. Also, the price that I agreed upon at the beginning was the price I paid at the end. Overall, out of the 5 companies that I met with, I went with Oakasa and I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful kitchen!”

“I hired Highway Remodeling to get my New roof done. we ended up replacing our old HVAC system and we change the attic insulation as well. the communication was great from the first conversation and the guys who worked in my property was making sure that everything stays clean every day after work is done. i had few bad experiences with other contractors in the past but this time project was done in less then 2 weeks and i can say it with confidence This company really care about there clients! I'll indefinably recommend this company!!”

“We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“I wanted a new kitchen design in my Beverly Hills Condo. The current version was pretty up to date but I do a lot of cooking and wanted a multi-surface counter top for easier clean up. I found GoodFellas because my neighbors were working with them and they did an impeccable job. They were able to come in for a walk though and I signed up right away because I was itching for a new kitchen. The project manager Ran stopped by with many samples of countertops and walked me through the pros and cons of all of them. We used two different materials throughout the kitchen to be compatible with my constant baking and easy clean up. I had to go out of town during part of the remodel due to an emergency but Ran sent me updates and pictures the entire time. They really care about building strong relationships and do a great quality job.”

“Highly recommend Attic Leader, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly team who completed a complex job in under a week. Very courteous and detail oriented. Constantly cleaning and making sure they were not in our way during the installation. The man who came to install the thermostat was super helpful and spent time going over the details with me. Trustworthy to leave alone all day and very clean at the end of each day. Would work with them again in the future.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“Eric was the only guy who showed up and didn't try to scare me with what needed to be done. The crew that showed up knocked out the job in a few hours, were friendly and cleaned the entire area when they were done. The next day we had a 2 inch downpour with no problems. If I had one complaint it was that communication between signing off on the quote and getting the work done could have been clearer. But given the quality of the work and the cost I'd consider this to be a minor issue.”
