“The project was the complete renovation of a 30 year old side-split bungalow, including removal of walls to create a modern open look in the kitchen and living areas, the addition of an attic beam to compensate for the wall removals, addition of modern hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tiling in entranceway, mudroom, and bathrooms, and complete renovation and update of the bathrooms. Igor's work ethic, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budgets were exemplary! His willingness and ability to deliver beyond the original scope of the project without significantly impacting deadlines and budgets was appreciated! I highly recommend this professional!”

“Mat completed multiple projects for us: a 3 piece bathroom install and a large deck. The projects came in on budget and on time, a rarity for home renovation projects! He was flexible to work around our family while committed to his deadline. He was diligent in his excellent workmanship in all facets of the jobs which varied from electrical, to plumbing, tiling work or structural work with the deck. “We had the pleasure of working with Tonya and her amazing team on a project we headed up at the local Ronald McDonald House. To say that we were more than impressed with their professionalism was an understatement. Their team worked closely with us and helped us create the vision we had for the room renovation and the end result was simply magical for any family that now gets to stay in the room. We cannot thank them enough for their quality of work but more importantly their wonderful hearts and dedication to the job at hand. “Marcel Project We hired Highbridge Construction to do extensive renovation to the home we purchased. Even after our first meeting we knew we had selected the right company. The first thing you notice when you work with Highbridge is their dedication to communication. From the estimating, the designing and eventually the construction phases, we were in constant contact with their team. This brings a great deal of comfort, especially if you have never gone through a major renovation project. When it was discovered there was an issue that had to be addressed with the foundation, we met with them and felt a sense of empathy coming from them because of the unexpected nature of the issue. They provided options almost immediately and allowed us time to decide which was the best course of action. When my wife and I were able to see the finished product, we were blown away by the work and the attention to detail paid by the Highbridge team and we are truly grateful that they have been able to give us our forever home. “Oneway did a fabulous job with our guest bathroom. In particular, other renovators had told us it would be impossible to move the fixtures without adding bulkheads in the rooms below -- but Wes was able to do it. Next we hired Wes and crew to redo our master bathroom, including swapping the master bedroom with another bedroom also adjacent to the ensuite. Wes had some problems with project time and budget management on this project, but he came through for us and made things right. In the end, the project looks spectacular -- better than any master retreat I have ever seen. Not only does his crew do a great job, but they are just really nice people. Even as a picky client, I was very pleased with the attention to detail on this job. Thanks!”

“Rob and the team at Holland Homes were the ideal choice for our kitchen renovation. Rob is meticulous, and he prepared a cost estimate for the kitchen tear down, fireplace removal, electrical, drywall, ceiling refinish, plumbing, gas line installation, floor rehabilitation and refinishing, and backsplash installation. We received an itemized quote, and we were well within our target budget. Rob also brought all his professionals to our house prior to the work, so that they could see what needed to be done, and so that they could add their own comments about any issues. The level of preparation for the job put us at ease from the first day. As we worked through the renovation, Rob visited the site regularly to inspect the work, and to keep us apprised of the next tasks. All the gentlemen (and lady) who came to the house to work were excellent! Very respectful of the fact that we work from home, they kept noise and mess to a reasonable level, and were thorough in their clean-up prior to leaving. Rob provided recommendations on suppliers, and personally intervened when we ran into a couple of delivery issues. At the end of the project, Rob came back to review his team's effort. Again, he became involved in the completion of the "last mile", those little items in any large project that seem to defy completion! We are absolutely thrilled with the results of our project, and we would recommend Holland Homes and Renovations to anyone looking for a quality result.”
