“They did a complete exterior remodeling job on my home and unattached garage. With adding on a new front entrance porch area. David Radlund (owner) was extremely helpful with giving me advise on exterior colors and design. His help was greatly appreciated, my home would not have turned out as well without his input. They did a great job .. very satisfied with their work. The employees were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and changes as the work was being done”

“I highly recommend Otto Construction. Tony and his team worked with us from design to completion of a finished product that truly exceeded our expectation. They took a useless crawl space and created a fantastic living area that is seamless in flow and matching materials to the original build. Our new space has allowed our kids and their friends to have their own living and sleeping space which they really enjoy. Additionally exterior enhancements of natural stone and archways were added to create interest and character to our home. The Otto construction staff was very professional and accommodating. Finding quality and reliable workmanship is often a challenging endeavor . After interviewing many companies , what sold us is that Otto Construction was the only company that took us on a tour of other projects they had completed as examples of their work. They have real pride in what they do. We were always kept apprised of the budget with no surprises. We could not be more pleased!!!”

“Contemporary Rose was hired to renovate our master bathroom. This required a jet tub removed., the walk in shower with dual shower heads and jets, along with a linen closet and three laundry bends. Gene designed the space to my liking. He was prompt, courteous and a joy to work with. His workmen ship is beyond excellent. We will be using him again in the future.”
