“Steve has built me several homes over the years. the first being when my family moved to the Rogue Valley in 1990. With that experience Steve and I became close friends and still are to this day. He is possibly the most knowledgeable builder in the state taking time to stay current with building products, local and state codes, energy rebates, and building green. I have also had the pleaasure of selling building materials to Asher Homes for years and have found them to be easy to communicate with and understanding when there are challenges. Lastly, I had Steve build me a home while I lived out of the area. Not an easy task yet he is the only builder I had the confidence and trust in to do the job. And we came in under budget!”

“Working with a company to design and build a home is a challenge under the best of circumstances, but as in my case, living nearly 3000 miles away from the building site, the challenges were even greater...and I’m happy to say that my expectations were not only met by Suncrest Homes, they were exceeded. Charlie Hamilton and his crew took my ideas seriously and worked with me to design a floor plan that met my needs. Throughout the building process, I was informed of the progress through phone calls, emails, and photographs. When it was time to select flooring, countertops, lighting, etc. I flew out and participated in a whirlwind but extremely well-organized “shopping spree” with their interior designer, Sheryl Clear. She guided me through all the decisions that needed to be made and continued to work with me long-distance as the building progressed and minor adjustments and additional decisions were made. The house was finished on schedule and we were able to close the day before my items arrived from the east coast. I cannot say enough about the quality of professionalism and customer service that I experienced while working with Suncrest Homes. They have my highest recommendation and I would definitely use them again were I to build another home in the future.”
