“It was great working with Jake, he understood exactly what we wanted, spent plenty of time with us going over our initial plans, and advised and recommended solutions wherever necessary- he also got back to us immediately whenever we had queries, hardware delays or design changes that needed to be addressed. Any little thing we were unhappy with he corrected quickly. We’re very happy with our two bathroom renovations!”

“I have hired a lot of contractors over the years and most of the experiences have been disappointing but not this time. I wasn't looking forward to the move and then to living in a major renovation zone during construction. Even though I selected what I thought was the best general contractor, I was not looking forward to those inevitable problems that always seem to occur. But not this time. “In doing our due diligence to determine a suitable contractor for our first project, every one of Devlyn Design’s customers spoke very highly of their work. Their professionalism and overall performance was remarkable resulting in us being very satisfied customers. The most recent project (complete rip out down to the studs home bathroom renovation) was our 6th project and to say we were satisfied is an understatement. We knew pretty much what we wanted in the areas of layout and materials; however there were areas where we had questions. We relied on their experience and knowledge, resulting in an outcome we were completely satisfied with. Our budget was respected (they actually had suggestions where we could save money), they were reliable (showed up when they said they would) and they all worked very well together as a team. “We hired Rick and his crew to build a large garage to be attached to our century old house in Chesley. We couldn't believe how well the garage blended in with the look of the house. Rick was the only one out of four companies to show up on time for the initial quote and continued to show up on time throughout the project. We were so pleased with his work that we hired him to do alterations to our house the following year. Rick is a very knowledgable professional and has excellent work ethics.
