“We had an amazing experience with SoBo Homes! We love our renovation, and marvel at the fact that we get to live in this beautiful home daily. Our home was a little, dated 1250 sq. ft. home, and SoBo renovated it into a gorgeous open concept 1750 sq. ft. space, with phenomenal vaulted ceilings, the kitchen of our dreams, incredible indoor and outdoor living spaces, all on one level. It is a true work of art. Mike and Eric are big vision guys. They are honest, completely reliable, collaborative, and total straight shooters. We actually miss these wonderful fellows being around our new gorgeous home- how many people can say that!!! We cannot recommend SoBo Homes enough!!!! Nancy Cranbourne and Michael Schwartz”

“Excellent workmanship! No surprises! Kazco remodeled our kitchen in August of 2017 and did a fantastic job! We did a complete tear out and everything new put back in. They are trustworthy and we left them alone in the house with no problem! Everything was completed on time and they did everything we had asked for with the budget we had decided on in the beginning, no surprises of extra $$ at the end of the project. We are very happy with all of the work including the flooring and the backsplash subway tile, No mistakes to fix!! We love our new kitchen and we recommend Kazco to all of our friends. We plan on having them remodel our bathrooms in the future.”

“Very experienced. Has good inputs on design and materials. Collaborative during construction on decisions and revisions. They helped us create our design for an extended living room and kitchen from what had been three separate spaces . All follow-up issues were resolved without complaint and in a timely manner. We learned a great deal from GMB and we are delighted with the result and they are scheduled for our next projects! The final design was produced exactly as designed. GMB helped us understand: Always prepare a complete project description before starting. It can be modified as needed. Consider all material, appliances, fixture, and finish choices (and availability /delivery) way in advance for their installation or application. Understand delays in these decisions will impact the final completion date and progress GMB excelled at design help, finishes, carpentry, setting cabinets and appliances. They used excellent sub contractors when needed.”

“I had an inspection on a house I was trying to sell that seemed to be very overwhelming. Steven came by and looked at the problem areas and reassured me that the problems listed were not as giant as the buyer was making them out to seem. He wrote me a very fair and accurate bid to fix the foundation on a previous addition to the house and was very detailed in his inspection as well as his bid information. If the work needs to be done, he will be the first call I make.”

“As photographers go, Phil is the professional's Professional. He has shot my remodeling projects for some years now, and his communication, service and delivery are second to none. I studied artistic photography at the University of Florida, and I think I could maybe teach Phil a thing or two about photo-silkscreen, but I was looking today with a client at shots of a bath remodel I did for her close to 20 years ago and remembering how Phil had used a double exposure to tone down the glare of the lights in the shot of her master bath. Would I have thought of that?”
