“Schulz Construction with Abe at the helm does amazing things! My husband and I purchased a home in a wonderful location but the home's original builder cut corners and left many challenges. Abe had great vision and insight on how we could mitigate existing problems and create the home we were hoping for. He knew how to maximize space, create more light and access by changing windows, walls and door placement. He is a perfectionist and suggests ways to create better design, and install personalized touches. I had my heart set on a difficult design element, (which multiple glass experts said couldn't be done) Abe worked through it with me to source someone who was willing to take on the glass project and ensured I got what I was hoping for. It was time intensive for him, but he was willing. Abe has a great relationship with suppliers who helped me choose various design elements to create beautiful finishes for my space. He spent a great deal of time with me on every detail to ensure our project was perfect. Abe is a craftsman and we feel lucky he took our project on.”

“RMR did 2 projects for us on our home in Seeley Lake. The first project involved putting 2 deck cover extensions on each end of the deck cover. It involved tying into the existing metal roof, tying into the existing enclosed underside of the deck cover Pouring concrete deck pylons and reinforcing the Trex deck and matching the color. They did a remarkable,professionaljob.Theycompleted the job at the agreed upon price.”

“I hired Schrock Construction to build my house and barn in 2013. Although all projects of this magnitude will encounter challenges, set-backs and fustrations. The true measure of a quality contractor is working through these issues and solving problems. Schrock Construction always took responsibility for issues that resulted from there actions and solved those problems (and they were few) at there expense. They only hired the highest quality subs and always took responsbility for there actions and work. After the house was finished they always solved any problems or questions that came up quickly and efficiently w/o question. I would not hesitate to hire Schrock again for a similar project.”
