“Gil Construction exceeded our expectations in so many ways. They were prompt and courteous and did excellent work in adding a bathroom to existing space. Jim Elliot, the owner, suggested a better placement for the bathroom which resulted in a much better bathroom and came in on budget. Additionally, their estimate was the best we received. They were all a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in everything they did. For additional house projects I will absolutely consult them first.”

“We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. The latter project has elicited praise from all the neighbors, and many passersby have stopped to inquire who did the work. In both of these instances we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Beverly the architect and Tom the builder. Bev really listened to our concerns and worked with us to try out different approaches until we found the design that fit our needs and desires for the space, giving helpful advice and pointing out things that we would not have noticed until too late. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”

“As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt and I can honestly say, I don’t know anyone who talks about their contractor like I do.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“Two Brothers Handyman Service did a phenomenal job on our master bath remodel and built-in floor to ceiling bookshelves in our family room. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and very easy to work with. They communicated with us throughout the project and kept us informed at every step. Additionally, they provided expert design advice and brought multiple rounds of samples to our home. They completed the work on time and on budget. I will use them for all of my home renovation projects and highly recommend them.”

“Simply the best contractor I have ever used (and I have used many contractors over the years). George and his team are consummate professionals. They worked closely and tirelessly with us to develop a design for our master bath transforming it into a stunning masterpiece. The team was timely, responsive, competent, courteous, flexible, and very considerate in the execution of the construction. They were also very clean and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule. His bid was very competitive and the contract was very clear and straight forward. He knew of code and other restrictions that other contractors tried to hide or leave out of their bids. He was quick to respond to my calls and questions. We simply could not be happier with the way it turned out and with the process. We thoroughly enjoy every aspect of the design of our new bathroom! “I have spent close to $50,000 with Pierpoint construction and they have done an amazing and expedient job, getting all the work done in about a month. They are all professional and so our their subcontractors who we have met a few. I will continue to use them for everything I do and recommend them to anyone who asks. They are a very professional outfit with trucks, men, heavy equipment, and a big office right in Stafford. You know you will get quality work the first time and it will get done fast with them. Work Done Full re-siding, wrap, soffit, and fascia replacement Leafless Gutters Master Bathroom Custom Shower and Tile Built Back Deck And many more smaller items”

“My Wife and I chose to hire C&D Company when we purchased our new home in DC in February 2015. The house was built in 1937 and was never renovated up until 2015 so we had to go through a full renovation of the entire house including the basement and the backyard to bring it up to today's standard of living. We consulted friends and family and C&D came with the highest amount of recommendations and when we contacted them, we found Dago to be very responsive and thorough during the interview, budget and contract process. This also continued during the actual construction, they managed to complete the renovation on time and with high quality of work. The team is very professional and also considerate of the neighborhood and so naturally we received complements from our neighbors on the same. Now, its almost two years since completion of the initial project and Dago is still helping us with any issues that come up at the house periodically. We will certainly recommend him to our friends and family and will consider him for our future projects!”
