“Mike does an amazing job! He demoed and reframed our basement. He framed and put up my Mom's garage. He has gutted my Mom's basement. Started from scratch and has done a beautiful transformation. It looks amazing! Mike is very honest and up front. He gets the job done and he gets it done right! I highly recommend his work!”

“Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. Throughout the project they were very professional, kept the work site clean, were always on time and kept the project on schedule as promised. The end product is a beautifully built, up to code deck that we can now enjoy for years to come. “We decided to make our downstairs kitchen into a pantry/kitchen and are using The Bradburn group to make the upgrade. They have handled the relationship with the cabinet manufacturer, tiling supplier, electrician, stainless steel counter supplier etc. The guys have been respectful of our space and have been as clean as possible in a renovation situation. The subcontractors they have brought in are professional and keep us informed when unforeseen issues arise and we need to make decisions. The floor wasn't level and so we needed that handles first to ensure the tiles would be flat. The tile guys were great and exceeded our expectations on the workmanship. The cabinets are coming and we are including a cat drawer for the litter with an access hole to keep the panty area looking great. The designer has been great and deliver is a few days away and we'll do a further review for that. We would highly recommend The Bradburn Group for any kitchen renovation!”

“We hired Da Maren Renovations Inc. to move a door in an office from one wall to another as well as tear down a wall to create a locker room from two offices. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”

“Frank completed an extensive basement design and renovation for us. Our home is older and with the reno, Frank tackled several challenges, including unexpected ones, professionally and to our best advantage. He took our walls down to the studs and made our basement a useful and beautiful space - just what we wanted and more! He is completely transparent with costs and pricing and we trusted him in our home. He also hires competent and certified people to assist as needed. We have already hired Frank back for more work and happily share the Gateway Homes name when we can.”
