“Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”

“We were referred to Legacy Contracting by several people. They are a quality operation from start to finish. We witnessed firsthand the level of professionalism from all. Each member of Legacy, from Owner down earned our trust and respect and treated our home as though it were their own. We renovated approximately 1,100 sq ft of the main part of our home. Legacy Contracting removed all of the walls, resulting in an open concept new Kitchen, Dining and Living Area that we had desired for years. The quality and design of their craftsmanship was amazing. In fact, several visitors to our home assumed we hired an architect to do the design prior to having Legacy do the renovation, when in reality it was Legacy who offered the suggestions. Our renovation was completed on time and within budget and the outcome far exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to refer Legacy Contracting to anyone.”

“I have hired A&E Construction for both large and small projects multiple times over the past 8 years and without any hesitation, give them the highest recommendation possible. The owner of the company, Greg Fontaine, is experienced, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Projects were always done on time and on budget and if for some reason, the schedule needs to change, Greg does an excellent job communicating the reasons. Before working with A&E, we hired many contractors over the years, and no one ever compared in terms of quality of work combined with reliability and trustworthiness. Another thing we've really appreciated about working with Greg is his ability to provide us with options and ideas if we needed to scale back on a project. Two of the larger projects Greg did for us were finishing our basement and building a poolhouse. Greg was very cognizant that we did not have an unlimited budget and worked with us to make sure we got the most for our money. Greg also does an excellent job hiring talented and reliable people that I am always comfortable having in my home. Additionally, they are very neat and always clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Lastly, and most importantly, Greg really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond what's expected to make sure they are 100% satisfied. I can't say enough good things about him and A&E!! If you hire them, you won't be disappointed.”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. I would highly recommend them for any renovations needed in your home.”

“Brian/Cody came in and removed a load bearing wall in our house that separated the living room/dining room/kitchen. They did a nice job and stuck to the original outlined cost of the project despite some complications with the town permitting process. They were helpful and answered all of our questions along the way. Our space looks completely different now and is just the way we hoped it would turn out”
