“MJ Brown Renovations LLC completely remodeled our Master bathroom, master closet, large deck, and re-engineered and corrected a support beam error by another contractor. My wife and I are completely satisfied with their Professionalism, quality of work, reasonable price, end of the day clean up, and prompt reply to all our questions. In fact Matt Brown would even stay at our home while I was out of town due to work, so my wife would not have to come home after work to a dark house and would even take our dogs out for us. “Bill did tenant improvement to my commercial 1910 building. It was an old house, then an office and he converted it to a gorgeous pie shop. His attention to details day one impressed me above anyone I had previously worked with. It personally got under the building (narrow and dirty crawl space), got up in the attic and sized the building up before he put together the bid. We discussed what we were looking for. He came back with incredible drawings, we tweaked them together, he worked with us on our budget and was fair and reasonable. He was respectful of the area, keep the space inside and out clean during the renovation. During this time, we found the original 1910 wood floors....we had to save them.....we did! thank you Bill! I whole heartedly recommend this man, his team and his contractors.”
