“Pulatani Builders transformed my outdated ( at the time of purchase ) Hell’s Kitchen loft into my “forever home.” Alex and his team went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship is concerned , and what’s more impressive is that my building’s super actually got along great with him and his team as well. “Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”

“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”
