“Ilya Remolding sent three workmen to convert our screen- in porch to a sunroom and spent about a week and half putting together Sheetrock, drywall and new window installation, hard wood flooring and getting inspection and approval from local county. They even secured the base of the sunroom by putting additional support. The guys weee punctual as we were told- same at 8 every day. Our sunroom came out bright and beautiful.The manager was very communicative and even bought materials for us. I thought they were more professional than other contractors. We will use them for other projects in the summer.”

“We used Musser to build what will be our retirement home. When we began the process we discuss our needs with many builders and found that Musser was the easiest to work with to get everything we wanted. For them nothing was an issue. Our home was built with no steps coming into the home and 36" doors throughout. There were many other things we wanted that his suppliers were also very happy to help with. The kitchen is equipped with all under counter drawers so that we do not need to get down and craw into the cabinet to find what we need. These were built into the cabinets and not cheap add-on racks that some builders wanted to use. The plumber and electrician were also very helpful in making sure everything we wanted and needed happened. We did the flooring in hardwood and vinyl and the installers made sure there were no thresholds at the transitions that we might trip over or might cause problems if we had walkers or wheelchairs in the future. When we would visit the site during construction any of the contractors that were working there were always interested in what we thought. They always wanted to know if there was anything we were concerned about. Not to say that there were no issues during the build, but everyone was addressed and resolved before the home was completed. At final walk through the builder found minor issues that we had not seen and made sure everything was corrected. Everything was address and corrected within two weeks of our taking over the home. Needless to say we were very pleased and enjoy living in this home. We would suggest Musser to anyone looking to build a quality home.”

“T Ross replaced 21 windows, the brick chimneys, and an old tin roof, including the decking, on a 170 year old house. They also insulated and sheet-rocked the walk-up attic. This was a complicated project that required care and precision to ensure that all of the results appeared consistent with the look and feel of the aged home. The result was outstanding. During the process, the construction workers and sub-contractors were efficient and cooperative; the work began and ended according to the scheduled time frame, and the initial cost estimates were spot on. We have recommended this firm frequently to others, and should the need arise, we would be happy to hire them in the future.”

“Craig Motter rebuilt my basement door frame & installed an inside door with a screen door. There was a shabby frame around the doors, so first he had to rip the inside frame off, then remove both doors and finally remove the rotted outside frame. He built a brand new frame and after both doors were installed, he painted it as well. He cleaned up everything and took it away, leaving nothing for me! It looks fantastic and beautiful enough to be a front door never mind a basement door! He also installed a beautiful PVC mailbox post and a new mailbox! The old mailbox was completed rotted away and hanging there. I bought a beautiful PVC Mailbox post/mailbox but it was hollow inside. I didn't even know that it would make it much stronger if you put pressure treated wood inside it first before you cement it into the ground! Craig went to Lowes, bought the wood and put it inside the PVC. Then he and his employee Dillon dug a nicer hole, filled it with cement and place the PVC post into it. When it hardened the next day, he put my mailbox together and according to my mail lady, it's the perfect height. All she has to do is drive up to it and drop in the mail. Great, no more mail visiting my neighbors! I would highly recommend Motter Builders for all of your building needs. Craig is very professional and detail oriented. He listens carefully to every thing you ask him about or ask him to do. He does not try to sway you in anyway and if he feels you do not need something he will tell you! I wanted new windows because I thought mine did not drop down for cleaning but he showed me that they did! I bought my home in 2013 and the sellers never told me I could do this with the windows. It was interesting to watch an older adult standing on a ladder washing her windows outside!
