“A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”

“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“We cannot recommend John enough! He was quick to respond, so organized, and kept us up to date on the progress of our project throughout the process. In addition to the great execution of our project, John clearly has a great aesthetic eye - so when there were things we were unsure about our decision on, we felt good asking for his opinion and trusting that he knew what would look good in the end. “Glitz just finished a large renovation in my home in manhasset. They did my stairs, floors TWO bathrooms inclucing a master suite, a den living room and entry way. They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with the work that was done. Their pricing was very reasonable and better than any others we met with. They are professional and showed up every day at the same time. I was told the construction would take 6 to 8 weeks and I did not believe them and guess what?? They were done by week 8. We are planning on additional renavotions next year and I am so glad I already have the Contractor picked out. I plan on using them for all of my future projects.”

Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless.
