“Ilya Remolding sent three workmen to convert our screen- in porch to a sunroom and spent about a week and half putting together Sheetrock, drywall and new window installation, hard wood flooring and getting inspection and approval from local county. They even secured the base of the sunroom by putting additional support. The guys weee punctual as we were told- same at 8 every day. Our sunroom came out bright and beautiful.The manager was very communicative and even bought materials for us. I thought they were more professional than other contractors. We will use them for other projects in the summer.”

“Peter and his team at Rogan Construction were absolute professionals from start to finish and there on afterwards. I have several family members who work in some phase of construction and they were in awe of his his work and the attention to detail that he put in to his craft. Peter handled all phases of our addition project which was a 20x30 addition with a deck, removal and replacement of all the windows, new roof and siding. Everything was done to perfection and I still marvel at how detail oriented he was during the entire project from start to finish. I highly recommend him for any of your remodeling projects.”

“Over seven years, we have used Axtell Construction for a complete kitchen remodel, replacement of all windows in our home, and a new roof. The roof required complete stripping of the old shingles and replacement of 11 sheets of plywood. In addition, Axtell replaced the fascia all around the house. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work in general, their attention to detail, the quality of their materials and the finish work on each job. Their prices are fair. If I had a building project to do today, I would call them first. The price below is for the roofing job.”

“Jim has painted the exterior of my Arts-and-Crafts style house, and painted several interior rooms in the house. I also recommended him to my boyfriend, where he painted a good deal of the outside porches and trim. His work is exceptionally meticulous, especially the prep work. The paint jobs last a long, long time because he is careful to do it right. No sloppy work. He always comes on time and completes the job in an expedient manner. His bid will not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!”

“Our 1980s bathroom was a complete gut job and the transformation was magical! Tiegan, their design coordinator, was great to work with. She gave us several options for everything and we ended up going with her entire color scheme. The construction crew (Scott & Bruce) did a wonderful job!. They called me in every step of the way to make the necessary on-the-job choices. I asked their advice on many of these issues & they did not steer me wrong. They have years of experience under their belts. Sam Mundrake, general contractor, is very detailed oriented, a refreshing change from many contractors - big picture people. We did not experience any difficulties with their team and were very satisfied with their work. We are about to plan our next project with them - another bathroom. The estimated bid was very close to the actual job cost. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be calling on them again for bathroom, kitchen and laundry room makeovers.”
