“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. “Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment. I love my new kitchen and I thank them every time I walk into it., they are simply the best!”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“We recently remodeled a studio we purchased for guests who visit us. The project included the demolition of a kitchenettem and a bathroom, and the installation of new cabinets, wood flooring, granite countertops, appliances, wood molding and a custom Murphy bed in the sleeping area. My husband and I wanted a contractor who specializes in high end kitchens. We hired Paul Lopa (who had previously done two projects for us---a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel) as we were extremely impressed with his work, from beginning to end. For the studio project, Paul brought many samples to our home before the project commenced. It was very easy for us to select the materials, from the wood used for the cabinets and Murphy bed to the granite countertop and wood floor. We were also very pleased with the appliances he helped us select as well, as the kitchen was transformed into a full-fledged kitchen with an eat-at counter. Paul helped us select custom marble for the bathroom which is gorgeous! Every suggestion he made was great. The studio is now worthy of being photographed by Architectural Digest! Paul and his crew are very professional. His staff is friendly and were always on time. Upon completion of the job, the whole area was clean and ready to use. Paul was always accessible and available to answer questions whenever we had one. We were impressed that the project finished on time and on budget! We will definitely use Paul for all future work. He is a consummate professional and very nice to work with.”

“My husband and I purchased our first home in July which needed a complete gut job. Initially, we contacted several different contractors to get estimates and it wasn't until we met Paul from Clean Sweep Contracting that we finally felt we made the right decision in buying a house that needed so much work. Compared to the other contractors, Paul was the only person that we felt wasn't going to nickel and dime us for every little detail. Other contractors left things out of their estimates that we spoke about in the walk-through while Paul's quote included EVERYTHING we talked about. Paul's prices were extremely reasonable and fair. It was a no-brainer for us to hire Clean Sweep. Paul made us feel so comfortable and offered his expertise to us on so many different areas throughout our house and was right about every single one of them. From the very beginning Paul was on-time, honest, and thorough. Paul is truly a man of his word! Paul and his workers gutted my entire house from attic down to the basement and truly made it our dream home. I never believed my house would come out looking the way that it did. All the men who work for Clean Sweep were amazing, super clean, and very respectful of us, our property, and our neighbors. Not only was Paul and his crew fantastic throughout the 3-month renovation (which was absolutely on schedule!), Paul has even come back on several occasions to perform some touch-ups from small damage caused by our moving company (which he did NOT have to do at all.)
