“We had been looking to buy an existing home and just couldn’t find what we were looking for. So, we went to the Parade of Homes and were very impressed with the houses that Classic built. Their attention to detail was unmatched. We scheduled an appointment right away. We met with Bryan, Nicole, and Brandon. All of our meetings were very thorough. They made us feel very comfortable and gave us the confidence that we could build our dream home while staying in line with our budget. Brandon was very patient with all of our design changes and time and time again he came up with unique ideas to make our vision reality. Nicole was always our first phone call and helped us every step of the way. Jenny introduced us to Brea who walked us through every selection and helped us with our decisions as needed. She didn’t miss any details. And Bryan from beginning to end was always there when we had questions and needed advise. He made sure the project stayed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. “We've had Waunakee Remodeling work on our house several times, and the experience has been fantastic. They replaced all the windows in our house, and what a difference! Not only was the product fantastic (cut our energy bills, absolutely no traffic noise and beautiful windows) but the crew is efficient, polite and very skilled. The firm is now replacing the siding on our home, and it is a pleasure to work with them. The price is right, the consultation was informative and scheduled very conveniently. I know the work will be completed promptly with the highest skill. We wouldn't hire any other company to work on our house--they're that good!”

“Wow! What an amazing experience I had with this remodel. I never knew a contractor could be so thoughtful and person-centered offering me the best possible experience. So we started out trying to remodel our kitchen and half bathroom before a move. I have never had a good experience with a contractor and went into the project skeptical to say the least. I was looking for someone communicative and responsible since I found this to be lacking in contractors I have used in the past. Jacob was everything I asked for and so much more. He was attentive, called me whenever I had a question, and offered guidance and support even outside the scope of our project. The quality of the work was solid, detailed, and absolutely beautiful! I could not be happier with this project and could not have gotten here without Jacob!”

“This company is led by consumate professionals. We hired them first 10 years ago and since have used them 3 more times, including a complete kitchen remodel. We were so satisfied that they are currently working in our home doing a complete master bath remodel and in our second home doing a bath and kitchen renovation. They are invariably on-time and on-budget. There is no 'punch list'. They are perfectionists--seeing things we miss and won't settle for 'just OK' or 'good enough'. “I hired Poulsen Enterprises Inc (PEI) after a tree caused major damage to my home; in effect destroying the entire first floor. I decided to expand into the lot I owned next door, thereby doubling the size of my existing home. Only two rooms remained the same and even they got major facelifts. The project lasted 8 months and there were less than 5 days (excluding weekends) where there was not someone working on the house. PEI works with an established group of subs who do high quality work. They travel as a team so you never have to worry that a sub won't be available when you need them. The subs go the extra mile to make sure the project is done right. From specialized finishes on cabinetry, to details in the finish carpentry work, to matching the stains on the floor with door stains, everyone I interacted with treated me with respect and accommodation. Principal Scott Poulsen worked with my architect to realize the vision of the project, always keeping safety and practical application in mind. He has been doing this for years so really understands how a house works and what needs to be done to have a quality product when finished. I would find ideas and Scott would contact his sources and implement. Everyone in our local community respects the work PEI does so they want to be a part of any project undertaken by Scott. The Project Manager, Mike Mohnanan, was the logistics wizard, keeping everything straight and on time. He was the point person during the finish stage of construction and always looked out for my interests even when I missed things on the final walk-through. When PEI was recommended to me, the term 'honest' came up and I found that to be true beyond a doubt. As a single woman doing this for the first time, this is what I wanted above and beyond all else. However, now seeing how beautiful my home turned out, I see the two characteristics go hand-in-hand. When one is honest and takes pride in what one does, the results show it. It was a year of firsts for me, many of which I would not want to repeat (!), but working with PEI is not one of them. I would work with them again in a heartbeat and know that whatever we undertook would be extraordinary.”

“Beckman Builders, LLC with Karl Beckman as the owner recently competed a couple projects for me and delivered an exceptional job in quality workmanship, efficiency and cleanliness during and after the completion of the projects. Beckman Builders provided guidance and selection for replacing 2 bathroom exhaust fans which needed a retrofit and they perform exceptioanlly well. A garage service door replacement was also needed and Karl advised and recommended a solution that is functioning very well and will provide a very long and maintenance free service life. The details of the finishing touches when it comes to appearance, function and cleanliness were well above my expectations. Thank you Karl and crew for your craftsmanship and attention to detail.”
