“They put an on addition and a garage for our home. The job was done sooner than the date that was given and everything went really smoothly. It came out the way we wanted it looks good. i would recommend them. They did a great job and I think a lot of times you hear things like "it took so much longer than anticipated," but that didn't happen with us.”

“Great Harbors Home Services has done a lot of interior and exterior work for me on my Cape Cod home. They show up, finish the job, and are reasonably priced. Their work is nothing less than perfect and professional. They communicate very well with the customer and keep them informed. Great Harbors refurbished old, rotting, carpenter ant eaten clapboards on the front of my house and shed to beautiful composite board that will last forever. They transformed my office space inside my home to a beautiful workspace (covering a horrible dark purple on the walls)--installed laminate floor and built a closet and painted/finished the entire space. A small project they did was adding a beadboard accent to the peninsula in my kitchen. They will be renovating two more bedrooms for me with laminate floor. I still use them for whatever home projects I have because they are experts--I will not be calling any other contractor. See attached photos for their work. Call Josh 774-238-2219. You will not be disappointed.”

“I've known Tom Flynn since I bought my home on the Cape over 10 years ago. Since that time Tom has done many home improvement projects for me, including replacing all of the original windows, new shingles for the entire house, replacing the insulation in the basement ceiling, and replacing patio door with a French door. His workmanship is always first-rate and most importantly he provides written contracts that outline not only the work and costs but the timeline for when he will start and finish. No surprises. “Konstantin built an incredible deck for us. Very complicated and intricate with a hot tub platform 16 feet above ground. Many other contractors looked at the plans and the very difficult site and walked away or gave prices that were so high they were laughable. Not Konstantin. He was calm, professional and built a magnificent deck for us, on time and on budget. He is a true professional who builds a product that both he and the customer can be proud of. We have used him for several other projects, both with the same spectacular results. In addition we have recommended him to some of our friends and they have all received the same results.
