“Jason and his crew have done three separate jobs on my home renovation. Each job they were on time, cleaned up afterwards, and got the job finished in a timely manner. If I had any questions, Jason was great in calling me back and following up with whatever needed to be done. Jason will give you an honest and truthful evaluation of the job to be done. Each job was done with high quality workmanship. Jason and his crew are courteous and respectful and are great at answering any questions you may have. I have referred others to Homes by Hamilton and they too are pleased with the workmanship.”

“I was attempting to reroof my 1920 rental property with shingles. I was shocked when tearing off the precious shingles to see that there were three layers of shingles still on and the last set being cedar with no osb board. I was in trouble. I couldn't get any roofers to come out and help quickly. A friend told me about Lammers construction and I called them up, told them about my situation and that I was in way over my head. Even tough they don't even do roofs in general, they pulled three guys off of a crew doing another project to come and help me out. They installed all the osb board( on a very steep old, large roof) reshingled, and reflashed. They got everything done in three days with only three guys and we beat the rain by six hours. They saved me from a seriously bad situation with renters in the house. This is a company you can trust.”

“We hired Klosterman Construction to build our home in Coralville, Iowa, after interviewing several other builders experienced with custom higher-end design/build homes. Could not be more pleased! Aaron Klosterman is pleasure to work with as a builder, an honest businessman who has a college education in building construction. He did a fantastic job of working with us to give us everything we wanted and staying within our budget. In the two years that we have been in our newly constructed house, we haven't had any issues come up- we love it!”

“We first met Andy Martin from Martin Construction while touring a home on the local Remodelers Parade of Homes. He had done a whole house make-over that was stunning. We have since worked with Andy and Martin Construction on two remodel projects. The first was a master bath remodel. We were impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and attention to details. Although remodeling can be a difficult thing to live through, we enjoyed the process and loved the final results. A few years later, when we moved to another home and wanted to make some significant changes to the existing floor plan and finishes, Martin Construction was our first call. In fact, Andy met with us at the home prior to our making an offer, to discuss possible options and costs. The contractors Andy brings in to complete the job have also been a pleasure to work with. They are attentive to our suggestions and concerns. Everyone has been respectful of my time and conscientious about their craft, keeping the mess to a minimum. If something is not right, Andy makes sure the problem is resolved in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Martin Construction designer, Niki Weaver is a delight to work with. She understood our sense of style and was very helpful, as we picked out flooring, wall tiles, counter tops, light fixtures and other finishes. Many times we have, and we will continue to recommend Martin Construction to neighbors and friends.”

“Great Job Guys! 8 or 10 dedicated roofers with all the ground support needed complete our 34.5 Sq. roof in under 8 hours. Professionalism from their arrival to their clean-up and departure. My wife and I truly applaud their efforts made to cover and protect all the flowers and vegetation surrounding our home. With all horizonal runs of 70 or more feet straight and true, valleys interlaced with precision and new roof boards as needed, this was "fun to watch". I can really recommend this crew and company. Thank You, to Shawn and ALL of the guys that made this happen.”
