“Sonrise Construction designed and added a 1500 square foot, two-story addition to our existing 2200 square foot Arts and Crafts style home. The original structure was built in 1923, and one of our major objectives was to match the new construction to the old part of the house. Both inside and out, Sonrise exceeded our expectations with their ability to blend old and new. Windows, doors, sidings and trims were all sourced and matched to the original materials. Also as part of our project, Sonrise re-roofed our entire home and retrofit central air conditioning into the original section of our house. The sub-contractors under them were top notch, and everyone was very adaptable to changes that we wanted or needed to make during the construction process. We had heard good things about Sonrise prior to working with them, and we were not disappointed.”

“Scott designed my kitchen remodel including all items on my "wish list" and adding his own great ideas. He stuck to his end of the budget, and my own last minute upgrades were the only changes from the original estimate. He made sure I was happy with all the construction details, and worked with me through some minor changes. The end result is a kitchen that I love and is everything I had dreamed! “I hired Andy and his crew from Epic to remodel the main bathroom in my house. They had to take the room down to the studs and numerous issues were found. They went above and beyond what the initial plan had been, even putting a new floor joist in through the outside of the house. All the workers were friendly, timely and professional and did an excellent job. The finished bathroom was beautifl and I plan on using Epic for all my upcoming remodeling projects”

“We awarded Chris our finished basement project after meeting with 4 other contractors. We chose Chris not only for his very fair pricing, but also because we had a good feeling of trust between us, trust to get the job done right and to meet the expectations we had set out. The project was 50K+ in construction costs, and the basement looks like we spent 75K+. We had a wonderful experience, and have kept in contact with Chris afterwards. I consider him a friend now, and am glad that we chose to go with him. I've recommended him to friends and family, who have also had great experiences with him.”

“Fix A Disaster did a couple projects on my house. We had new flooring put down in our kitchen and hallway, new toilets and flooring (some sub-floor replacement) put in two bathrooms), some semi-urgent plumbing repairs and some additional small paint jobs and other minor repairs. The folks at Fix A Disaster were great. They were punctual, polite and they did a great job. They were quite efficient and we are very happy with the results. Everything they touched turned out looking great. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Sometimes, this is an area where some companies in the repair industry fall short. Special recognition for contractor/project manager Ken Sperry. He was easy to talk to and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. He answered our questions in a timely manner and you could just tell he took pride in his work and the services he provided. You will not be disappointed if you hire Fix A Disaster!”
