“Addition of 2 rooms over our garage. The project required an engineered solution to meet our needs of adding two rooms over our garage, drywall, finishing of the garage, installation of upgraded HVAC to meet the larger house size, new stucco, new eavestrophing, fascia, soffit, new finishings in all upper floor. Second project on secondary property was to assist with proper sealing of crawl space and increasing insulation in attic.
