The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. “A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. “Luna Park Construction (LPC) was easy to work with all throughout our project. Overall, we added 900 sq feet to our house - 450 sq feet to the basement and a new primary suite above that. Aaron and his crew did all inside and outside framing, preparing the roof for shingles and completing the roofing. They also installed all windows, doors and sided the entire addition. One of the challenges we had was that the concrete companies went on strike for about a month and Aaron was able to work around that by adjusting his schedule to get our project back on track. We were very happy with the quality of the work that LPC did and would use them again without hesitation.”
