“The project was the complete renovation of a 30 year old side-split bungalow, including removal of walls to create a modern open look in the kitchen and living areas, the addition of an attic beam to compensate for the wall removals, addition of modern hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tiling in entranceway, mudroom, and bathrooms, and complete renovation and update of the bathrooms. Igor's work ethic, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budgets were exemplary! His willingness and ability to deliver beyond the original scope of the project without significantly impacting deadlines and budgets was appreciated! I highly recommend this professional!”

“We had the pleasure of working with Tonya and her amazing team on a project we headed up at the local Ronald McDonald House. To say that we were more than impressed with their professionalism was an understatement. Their team worked closely with us and helped us create the vision we had for the room renovation and the end result was simply magical for any family that now gets to stay in the room. “We used Gilded Contractors to renovate our basement, including a bedroom and bathroom remodel, and adding a finished storage and laundry room in a previously unfinished portion of the basement. From the very first meeting they were the epitome of professional. Everything was expertly explained, thoroughly laid out, and completed on time. Throughout the project, Cory and Eric were transparent about unforeseen hiccups, and always provided honest opinions and options. They were respectful of our home and delivered a beautiful, high-quality basement we will continue to enjoy for years to come. We were so happy with their work that we then hired them to remodel our fireplace and update our entry closet immediately upon completing the basement. We will 100% use them again for all future home renovation projects!”

“We hired HillGreen to renovate our kitchen after having met with other contractors. What set them apart was the design aspect of the project. They were willing to spend time reviewing and evaluating what was best for our space and our lifestyle. In addition, Garth went above and beyond with the time spent shopping with us to select our finishes, cabinets, tiles etc - he has a great eye and knows the products (and the pros and cons). At the end of each day, the space was left clean and tidy. The kitchen was completed on time and we are extremely pleased with it.”
