“Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. The staff (workers) were great - competent, friendly, arrived on time and on the scheduled days. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I have recommended Spratt to several friends. Spratt also cleaned, repaired, and remodeled a condominium we purchased in the Woodlands.”

“I interviewed MANY contractors for the construction of my new home. All of them were more concerned with how much money they would make from the job then they were with how much I could afford. Andre Bystry was the ONLY contractor that was more concerned with how I could get the most for the money I had and how the house could look elegant without spending more money than I had. He is the most honest and caring contractor I have ever met! He believes in looking at different vendors until he finds the product you want for the price you can afford. He calls me often to see if I have any questions or concerns with the building process and he does everything in an ap called Dropbox. I don't have to go to the construction sight everyday because his project manager takes several picture, daily, of what has been done to the house and posts them in this ap for me to see. This also gives me a portfolio of the construction of my home from start to finish. He LISTENS when you talk and CARES about what you are saying. He has an eye for detail and doesn't nickel and dime you. He is creative and believes in building a home that is built to perfection, energy efficient, and cost effective. My prayers were answered when I found Andrew Bystry. I don't have a worry in the world about the construction of my home. I have been to many of the homes he has constructed, spoken to the owners, and am assured that I made the right decision picking Bystry Construction to build my home. “Jim Weaver designed and then built my house. The people Jim hired to build my house were absolutely fantastic - they really knew their profession and were able to suggest different ways the project could be not only completed well, but could offer other advantages to the user/homeowner many of which would reduce future costs. Except for the extras I decided to add to the house, the house was built to budget and deadline. The house was entered into the Knoxville Parade of Homes and was universally praised by those who toured the home.”

“Mr. Steve Holley is the owner of this business. If you call for an estimate on the work you need he will be the person that contacts you and come out to do the estimate. Mr. Holley is a very knowledgeable professional and also a very personable person to speak with. You tell him what you want and he figures out a way to give you just that. He will also give it to you at a fair price. We had overhangs installed on our gable ends to give us some shading on the windows on those sides of the house. It improved the looks and functionality of our home tremendously. His work crew are professional and respectful of your property. When we need home construction again, I will go to RLI first.”
