“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Vlad and his crew did an amazing job doing a complete renovation of our kitchen. New flooring, cabinets, drywall, electrical, appliances, etc. They also installed a new window and took down a wall. “Steven Theisen Construction was very professional. The workers were respectful of my home & cleaned up after themselves each day. As a GC he handled everything so I didn't need to find sub-contractors. His estimate was complete & there were no hidden fees later. The only extras are what I added to the job. I have used them for many projects; from building a wall unit, remodeling my kitchen / bath, building decks & porch. After Hurricane Sandy, my home was a total gut & redo, and then the lift of the home. Will continue to use STC!”

“Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”
