“Mike did a whole house window replacement for us. He is knowledgeable, and was very responsive from beginning of the project to final finishing. I can tell he has been in this business for long time and has real hands on experience. It was a major project or us, so we had many questions, and we just asked him. I highly recommend him, as he really knows all aspects of general contacting work, from sales, permits, planning, and to actual installation. His price is very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the end result.”

“After 10 years, my husband and I decided to have our kitchen and master bathroom renovated. After consulting with four construction firms, we selected Modern home remodeling for various reasons. When Alon the project manager looked at our project, he said his team could transform it with no problem and gave us many great design ideas. The main things that made us decide on Modern home remodeling was Alon our project manager, he was very patient, professional and explained us the whole process of our project. Each phase of the construction, from demo to finish, was completed on schedule. At the end of each day, alon let us know what work would be scheduled for the following day. The crews were functual and did outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. They did an amazing job, as indicated in the before and after photos. We highly recommend Modern Home Remodeling for any renovation project in your home!”

“We have now completed three different projects with James O'Keefe and his BuildMasters Construction Inc., and I can say that I would not go with any other general contractor! He and his crew do impeccable work, are dependable, keep the client up to date on time and budget issues. He has great communication, is clear on his timeline so that we can order materials in a timely manner, and he is very detail-oriented. This project, a whole house remodel, shows up in his Houzz profile as "Encinitas Beach Remodel," and everyone concerned has said what a great job he's done. Finally, we have had 3 local real estate professionals tour the house, and every one of them has asked if we would share the name of our contractor. “Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. Kind, freindky, but most importantly efficient. Since then (October 2018) i have recommended them to many freinds. Thank you guys!”

“"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”
