“BDM Construction has rehabbed 4 rental houses for me. Some were complete gut jobs, a couple just had minor cosmetic fixes. This company has performed the work with professionalism, at a reasonable cost, although sometimes the timeline is extended some. I feel that I can live with the time issue, because the product is really high-end.”

“Had an addition built two bedrooms two bathrooms and small kitchen and laundry room. Very very professional always on time and came in almost 1000 under budget. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to build in southeast KY. They explained things as the job progressed and made sure we understood and were satisfied with the work that had been completed before moving in to the next phase of the job. And what impressed me more than anything else was how well they cleaned up at the end of each day and how well organized they were. I give them an A+ overall and for anyone that is interested the phone number has changed its 606 224 1186 . Just thought it might be important and I'm nit sure why it hasn't. Been updated on here”

“Jim done an excellent job hanging and finishing the drywall in my basement family room. The painters said we could not have gotten a better job from anyone. We done tray ceilings all around so there were lots of corners to finish out. I would recommend this drywall contractor to anyone and will certainly hire him again if the need arises.”
