“My wife and I had Peak Impovements renovate our home and make some structural changes to our garage. They we fantastic!! When we came home from work every day the house was cleaned up as best as possible so we could continue living in the home. Workers were clean and well mannered at all times. Excellent communication from them to keep us informed of what was going on at all times. Most importantly, they started the job and did not stop until it was fully completed! I recommend them to others whenever I can.”

“Pieter renovated our en-suite bathroom. His attention to detail was excellent. The tile work was done perfectly. He is able to do many things, such as the plumbing, electrical, drywall, and installation of the vanity and shower. Everything works great and looks amazing.”

“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“My family and I have used D-Trac Construction on several occasions both on renovations for my residential rental property and for consulting purposes regarding my family owned commercial warehouse. Pat and his crew completed a renovation on my rental property that entailed drywall install, painting and finishing package. During the renovation, they were on-time with the repairs, stayed on budget and worked around my Tenant's schedule and requests. Pat was always readily available to answer any questions and was also kind enough to address some minor water damage issues at no extra charge. Because of the great experience had during the renovation, my family and I hired Pat a few months later to act as Consultant on our behalf regarding our commercial warehouse. With a new tenant in place and issues left behind by a previous tenant, we were required to conduct a Phase 1 Environmental Assessment and Asbestos Analysis. Because of Pat's knowledge and certification in Asbestos and previous Disaster Restoration experience, he was the right Professional to act on our behalf. He was professional at all times in dealing with both Tenants and Environmental Companies and ensured that our best interests were never compromised. I highly recommend D-Trac Construction to future clients for both residential and commercial construction needs.”

“We hired Ken to install a barn door in our older townhouse. He came on very short notice, and worked around several challenges due to the age of the home. He's very pleasant to talk to, accommodated changes in plans, and always found a way to "make it work" even though the materials we bought were not ideal. When he was done, we asked him to install a couple of light fixtures, which he did quickly, solving minor problems as they arose. I'm sure we'll use his services again.”

“I have worked with MLW on a couple projects and will use them any time I have a complex job to do. They are efficient, they show up exactly on time and the project stays on time and on budget. You pay a premium to work with them but it is worth the excellence and peace of mind. I have had to have them come back and do a repair and they honoured their 1 year work guarantee without question.”

“RMS have been providing a scheduled quarterly preventative maintenance program for us for the last 15 years. They have managed this work in a highly professional manner with minimal staff turnover. The technicians are familiar with our property and there have been no issues over this time frame. We have also used RMS for any unforeseen problemsand their work has been timely and well done. We have found the principals of RMS, Jim Kupczak and Craig Mackin, to be easy to communicate with and in all cases, they have been very responsive to our needs. As an example, a large tree fell on our deck during a bad windstorm in 2017. RMS responded immediately, contacting a tree removal service and ensuring that our yard and deck were secured so that further issues could be avoided. The deck was replaced in timely fashion, with a minimum of disruption to our busy lives. RMS technicians are respectful of our home and belongings and have always left things clean, tidy and organized. In no instance have we had a concern with respect to either the safety of our home or that of RMS technicians and employees. We have had two significant upgrades to each of two properties that we own and have used RMS as the general contractor. They managed this work very well using quality sub-contractors. We were advised of unforeseen issues in timely fashion and options were fairly presented. We are most impressed with the responsiveness and high standards employed by RMS, have recommended them to our friends and will continue to do so. As busy professionals, we find that RMS provides a service that is invaluable since we do not have the time to attend to household matters ourselves. We appreciate that there is additional cost associated with this and have been more than happy to pay for the peace of mind that we obtain from using the professionals at RMS. We fully support their application for certification.”
