“We decided to hire Stoeppler Construction because the business owner lived in our neighborhood. We felt that alone would mean he would have an interest in completing the job as requested and also to preserve his own neighborhood. We made a great decision! Steve and his crew were extremely professional. One of my biggest complaints about hiring a general contractor on a big job is that communication can get lost or muddled between the GC and the subcontracted crews who do most of the work. Steve and his foremen handled this splendidly. Each a time we encountered a small change or deviation from the original estimate Steve was able to quickly provide updated costs and estimates in writing. We were expecting a baby around the deadline for the completion of our work. On the day our kitchen was to be complete, the baby was born. Steve and his crew worked diligently to get our house back to a livable condition before the new baby arrived home from the hospital. I would highly recommend Steve Stoeppler and his wonderful crew to handle your next home improvement!”

“I’ve worked with Ibrahim and Ali for both an interior kitchen renovation, as well as a buildout of a detached dwelling unit in our backyard. They did a great job estimating costs, and it was a huge plus that they have the ability to self-perform most of their work so that they are not reliant on subcontractors to finish the job. Ali is an incredibly skilled craftsman who works with efficiency and accuracy.”

“I hired David Jones to build an addition to my master bedroom and renovate my master bath. From the ground up it entailed matching existing brick, plumbing, flooring, electrical, hvac, drywall, etc. The addition is seamless and blends right in with the original house. David shows up to the job, is in constant contact with his subs, keeps the owner informed and has a plan A, B and C in case of weather or any unforeseen delay. His subs are professional, on time and well experienced. This project was the only construction project that gave me zero issues, I had previously done 6 major renovation projects with other GC's and builders that fell flat and was stressful. David's was so well done that I had added on 3 other projects for him to do which were done perfectly. I'd highly recommend this builder (have a friend working with him currently). He gives a personal touch and gives attention to each detail. I never failed an inspection during this construction and never worried as he thinks things through and does things properly the first time.”
