“Services provided include. Multipule on site design meetings, clearly detailed time and materials list. They were very accurate with the cost and completion date laid out from the start. The job site was meticulously clean up at the end of every work day. I was constantly updated on progress and worked seamlessly with the owner of Seven Generation with changes. I can say that if and when I build again there will be zero hesitation to call Matt Somers to do the job.”

“We built a pretty complicated house in Alta, Wyoming, with the help of Wilkinson-Montesano. It was complicated because we wanted to incorporate and re-purpose some old buildings (for instance, pig sties), and also needed a functional horse barn with winter access through a tunnel, and wanted to use a variety of materials, some of which would be considered very low-end (i.e. cement block), in an effort to blend seamlessly with buildings that existed on the site. The project involved re-habbing old buildings, physically moving one building, massive dirt-moving, and constant creativity and open-mindedness. Never did we hear from Wilkinson-Montesanto, "that's never going to work," or "you don't want to do that," or "that's not what you originally said." In fact I've never worked with a builder more willing to adapt to changes, as quickly and efficiently as possible, and create what we wanted in a process that by its nature could not be totally planned in advance. Not only that, we enjoyed working with them. We're still friends. Couldn't recommend them more highly.”
