“Larry built our first home in Auburndale Florida. Larry's quality of work and his attention to detail is excellent. Example; crown molding, 2 and 3 tray depth ceilings with 3coat gloss paint stands out from other homes we looked at. If I were to build another home I would contract Larry again with no hesitation.”

“First class operator. Our modest 1000 square foot rental home in Florida suffered water damage and the exterior of the home was in general disrepair. Kurt Johnson identified the problems as well as discovering that the homes exterior was originally stucco and not the cheap vinyl siding that was on it when we bought it. Kurt stripped down the exterior, made all the necessary repairs and modifications, and restored the home to a thing of beauty. We know of Kurt's experience in building upper scale homes and know this was a small job in comparison. However, Kurt showed his character and integrity as a builder by treating our job with as much importance as any other. Kurt went above and beyond and turned this rental into a home that we are proud to call our own and now use on a regular basis. As a sign contractor I am very hard to please and I have to say Kurt's work truly impressed me. The work, the attention to detail, and the fairness displayed by Great Oaks GC in my opinion makes them one of the top builders in the state. Thanks Kurt.”

“My husband and I hired Benchmark Constuctors to renovate a wing of our house into a mother-in-law suite complete with its own kitchen and laundry. During our planning process, Fred Vanadestine was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions and yet respectful of our ideas. Once planning was complete, he got to work. His coordination of supplies and subcontractors was very efficient. We really liked his choice of subcontractors as they were clean and diligent. My husband and I have used Benchmark Contractors for a commercial project in the past as well and would not hesitate to use him again.”

“CIM remodeled my kitchen (including changes to the layout for the new cabinets, tile installation, electrical lighting, minor plumbing, enclosed a sliding door & window, and most impressively, a very complicated back splash design). All of this was completed with complete satisfaction and in a very professional manner. I also had them install laminate flooring in the living room, and various "handyman" items that I needed to have done. Everything came in on budget and was installed with courtesy and professionalism. Sorry I have no pictures available right now, but I will add pictures later.”

“When we met Kerry and Linda Fagan, there was never a doubt that these were the contractors for us. People told us building a house would be a nightmare. They were wrong! It has been exciting and challenging, but more of a dream! Kerry and Linda are awesome to work with, as are all their subcontractors. We have been happy with all aspects of their work.
