“TBS rebuilt our deck, added a screened in porch to the back of the house, and added a porch to the front of the house. They also repaired damage to the basement wall that was discovered during the construction project. TBS completed all the work using high quality material and craftsmanship. The railings on the deck used cabling to provide a clear view of Smith Mountain Lake and were topped with Trex boards to provide a smooth and long lasting surface. The back porch has provided a new and dramatic living area to the house; featuring a panoramic view of the lake and a soaring cathedral ceiling. Our neighbor commented that she had "porch envy" after spending some time on it. The front porch has given the house a much improved appearance and a much friendlier entrance to the house. This is the second project that TBS has completed for us, and they can be counted on for being easy to work with and for providing a high quality and funcional product.”

“Grace Alon is a newly formed company as of 2020 - but the general contractor, Andy Lee, and his sub contractors have years of construction experience. My wife and I hired Grace Alon to remove our 30 year old deck and build a new one to current standards with an extended A-frame roof line and gable to cover the deck entirely, so that the new deck will be more usable year round. This also will protect the west side of our house from the summer sun, which in turn will help with air conditioning costs and reduced maintenance on the siding. The sun used to blister and fade the paint in years past, requiring regular repainting. This addition also keeps the area dry beneath the deck, doubling our protected outdoor space. We love the results and feel that the expense will be worth it for our use and for future sale value. These people were great to work with and all work was done in a professional manner. Everything passed Botetourt County inspection with no problem.”
