“when shopping for a house we couldn't find a favorite so decided to build and found American Heritage Homes in the neighborhood that we wanted to build. We talked to several residents in the neighborhood and they all claimed that AHH did a fantastic job. So we too had them build our favorite floor plan and we're a week away from closing. They have been great to work with and they communicate almost daily with updates and progress of the home. P.S the builder also lives in the neighborhood. That's been a plus”

“I had a hard time expressing exactly what I wanted to do with my home. I had several contractors come by to do estimates, none of who could catch my vision. When Gary Mudrow came we were immediately in sinc....He helped me clarify what could and couldn't be done on my budget....and what needed to be done to fix my roof as well as make my home look and function better. He drew up renderings to look at and developed an estimate. I am really pleased with how the work turned out and with the guarantee he gave me to fix anything that might not pass my expectations. I'm planning more work soon and won't hesitate to call Gary. Thanks”

“This is the first home we have built, and the last; not because we didn't enjoy the experience, but because it is our final home. We would definitely work with the Richardson Brothers again! We are average folks that ended up with a beautiful home beyond our imagination. Since we are novice home builders, we relied completely on the Richardson Brothers from the design and drafting stage to the finishing touches. We trusted their knowledge and expertise so much that they made many of the design decisions; such as, bumping out the tub, the Great Room that screamed for a loft, the design of the railing, the cabinetry hardware, and the design of the most beautiful front door (bamboo with my Japanese family crest and Samurai bokken handles). I'm sure there are many good builders out there, but we were fortunate to find a creative team that gave us many ideas above our expectations. Sub-contractors respect the Richardson Brothers and we received excellent workmanship within our budget. I value and appreciate their talent and because of that I want to nominate them. You can't put a price tag on artistic and creative talent, but if you could, I'm sure we would not have been able to build our home.”

“D. Mills Enterprises built a home for us as well as my parents and did a phenomenal work. We were trying our best to stay within budget while building a home that would have curb appeal and look warm and inviting on the inside. Dean and his team helped us accomplish our goals within budget and on-time. The reasons why I would have his team build for us again is his attention to detail, integrity, resourcefulness, and his taste in helping us make decisions we were unsure of. The biggest test for my wife when working with a builder is whether or not we are friends after the home is built and I am happy to say that Dean and his team passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend them if quality and efficiency are important to you.”
