“The first project that Chalk Hill did for us was to build me a greenhouse. About four years later Roger designed and built us a guest house on a separate lot. Roger's caring and attention to detail have made the latter a lovely house. Last year I noticed some problems with the fifteen year old guest house and Roger came and rebuilt the deck and had the floors sanded down and refinished due to a tennant leaving circular rings in the wood from not having rubber pads on his chair.”

“As the Building Manager for a 60,000 square foot, Landmark'ed Church in New York City I searched for someone with impeccable design sense, attention to detail as well as an overall ability to complete the job on time and within budget. I found such a person with Reitz Restoration. The most prominent project they worked on was the conversion of a former bar area into a modern Ladies Restroom. I knew I could leave them to their craft without constant oversight. I gave them the overall design concept and they completed it. Upon completion and opening of the room, it was viewed as beautiful and masterful. I have Reitz Restoration to thank for it. Other projects they worked on were the restoration of previously hand-crafted onsite decorative plaster moldings around the Main Sanctuary. Their attention to detail replicating - again onsite - the destroyed filigree was beyond anything I could have imagined. I highly recommend this organization for any project, from the smallest to the largest.”

“We had a massive, major overhaul, remodeling project in all rooms of our home. The level of craftsmanship was outstanding and the whole project progressed seamlessly and within budget. We had interviewed several other contractors before choosing Dwell Well, and we are thrilled we made the right decision. Greg was definitely the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, through and well organized contractor we interviewed. We have had subsequent other home repair projects performed by Dwell Well. “We are very happy with the recent completion of two projects which included the remodel of our master bathroom and a patio roof addition both of which were performed by JKC! We have never dealt with such a professional, top-notch construction group as JKC! The attention to detail, flexible schedules, and finish work are not to be topped! We inherited a "snail shower" and one of those jynormous jetted tubs that exited with the 90's! JKC designed several options for us to choose from to make great use of our space which included a floor to ceiling cabinet that matched an existing cabinet, and beautiful travertine countertops and floors! We have a covered porch that extends across the back of our home. The roof ended at a large patio area where we have an outside fireplace. JKC engineered a beam to span our large space, designed the finish to exactly match the current ceiling/roof, and increased the height of the fireplace stack to accommodate the height of the new roof. Aesthetically, it is impossible to know where the old roof ended and the new roof/patio cover begins! Just the look we wanted! If you are considering construction companies to perform a project for you, do yourself a favor, call JKC!”

“8/4/21. Gonzalez Construction is doing a major residential job, replacing underground cable. They have been in our neighborhood this week. I give this company an five-star rating for: 1. Being considerate of us neighbors. Usually outdoor work starts at dawn when temperatures are cooler during Arizona's scorching summers but Gonzales waits until 8 a.m. to give us a quiet morning. 2. Safety. This company is squared away. Employees wear all their Personal Protective Equipment. Hard hats, steel-toed shoes, reflective vests, eye protection. They use safety cones on our streets to clearly mark work areas. They park their equipment carefully, away from driveways and other residential entrances. 3. Customer interaction. The crews are polite and friendly. Also, we were well informed as to when they would show up and when work is expected to end. 4. Crews are focused and work efficiently. They are organized and getting the job done with as little impact as possible to our neighborbood. Huge kudos to Gonzalez Construction.”
