“Mike Cacci, owner of Cacci Construction, is a true gentleman of the trade. My firm had worked with him on a whole house remodel in the Town of Hillsborough, CA, and the work that he and his team had done on the house is just impeccable. Mike's keen sense of quality and professionalism is evidently seen in his work. The project was completed much earlier than anticipated. Nice guy, yet ethically astute in his ways. Highly recommended.”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“After doing extensive research and talking to multiple contractors I settles on Mr & Mrs. Construction for my bathroom renovation project. From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. Quality of work performed was great and the end result came out amazing. I would definitely recommend Mr & Mrs. Construction to anyone looking to get their bathroom redone in an affordable budget.”

“Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. “Payman has completed a handful of projects on various properties for us, mostly kitchen and bathroom remodels. He and his team do a great job and are easy to work with. Payman is very responsive-answers texts and calls quickly, always on time to meetings. Every project has finished ahead of schedule and on budget! When problems arise as they do in construction, he stays calm and says "no problem" and it is no problem for the homeowner. Payman handles everything on his end so that the homeowner doesn't have to worry about anything. He does a weekly walk through and his focus in on making sure I'm happy with the progress and that things are going smoothly. He has a great attitude and genuinely wants to know if there are any areas that his team could improve on. Salvador is much more that a carpenter, has been with the company for 15+ years and can seemingly do anything. His work is impressive and he tends to the smallest detail to make sure the homeowner is happy. Emanuel does fantastic tile work and is so focused that I never see him take a break. Jesus, the young man that did the painting was also very conscientious. On our most recent project, I let him know that he didn't have to paint the bathroom door as we were planning on replacing all the interior doors at some point. It looked terrible so he painted it anyway and did a beautiful job. I'm so happy he did because it looks so good that I can take my time replacing it. Allan, the newest addition to the office, is responsive and focused on continually improving their service and keeping the customer happy. When your focus is on doing quality work and making sure the homeowner is happy, everything else seems to fall into place.”

“Working with Ofir and her crew was a great pleasure for us. They were very sincere and discovered a different technique to do the task, which allowed them to stay under budget. Their work was of a high caliber and was done neatly. The lines of communication were open, constant, and transparent. Professionalism was evident throughout, and agreements and reporting were crystal clear. Communication was constant. The crew did a good job of cleaning the house before leaving and showed respect for our residence and daily routine.”

“We hired Mac to do a remodel and addition on our home in the summer of 2014. He and his team were a pleasure to work with and were on-time and on budget. This was extremely important to my wife and me because we were pregnant with our 4th child, so time was of the essence. Despite the pressure, Mac handled the project like a champ and he made everything as stress-free and seamless as possible. The scope of our project was a 600 sqft addition, kitchen, powder room, master bathroom, master bedroom, living room, great room, walk-in closet, front facade and walkways. Basically half of our house was completely torn down, and we added some more space for our growing family. Now, I wish the other half of our house was torn down and matched the excellent work Mac, Krystian, and their crew did. We plan on renovating that part of the house as well, and plan on hiring DMD General Construction to do the job when we do. In the meantime we have, however, hired DMD for some other smaller projects on two other properties, which we are very satisfied with as well, and we have also referred them to some of our friends and neighbors who are extremely happy with their finished products too. Also, in working with the vendors that Mac recommended, we found many people love working with him and give him a better contractor's discount than other companies. Most other GC firms will take these contractor discounts as their profits, but DMD passes these cost savings to their clients. This makes a huge difference, especially since good quality finishes and fixtures can add a significant amount to your project. We interviewed and met with several contractors and we couldn't have made a better choice. Mac is very HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, FAIR, and easy to work with. Bottom line is that I would definitely hire Mac and the DMD crew again, I have and will continue to refer him to my friends and family, and I am extremely happy with the work that they did on our home.”
