“Doug provides high quality workmanship, great communication, clear and accurate bids. He listens to ideas of the owner and he then provides his professional expertise. He has good relationships with his subs and can move a project quickly. During covid, when we all needed to do outdoor activities, I wanted my side gate to be more accessible and look like part of the house. I am still so pleased with the outcome.”

“Ron is a professional all the way from start to finish! He has done a number of projects for me all to my satisfaction. His prices are fair and his work is quality. Not only was Darko Borovnica knowledgeable in his craft and work ethic, Darko gave brilliant, creative and functional design ideas for each space and room. “Ken McGrath and his team completely remodeled one bathroom for me and did such a great job that I hired him to redo my master bath as well! Both bathrooms were completely gutted and rebuilt. Ken is so easy going and great to work with. He has a good design sense too. I was struggling with how I wanted to tile my shower and he made suggestions that turned out beautiful! There are a lot of decisions that have to be made in a complete redesign and Ken helped through the entire process. Ken pays a lot of attention to all details and it shows in the end product. He re-textured my entire bathroom ceiling and walls rather than patch up old texture and it came out beautiful -- it really modernized the bathroom. Ken always lets me know what time he plans to show up and has not been late once! He and his crew work very efficiently and I don't see them wasting any time. Ken also quoted me a very fair price. He is there every day doing the work alongside his crew. I was also impressed with all his crew members -- they are all very nice, professional, and easy to work with. I will continue to use Ken McGrath Construction in my future projects!”

“In February 2023 I took 3 bids to tear down an old redwood deck and replace it with a Trex deck. I chose Rob Kurk Construction. His bid was very competitive. He had excellent references, great communication skills, he is professional and easy to talk with. He has good listening skills and responsive to my requests or changes. Rob and his crew built a beautiful 12'x80' Trex deck with iron railings and three flights of steps in the amount of time and price Rob had originally stated.
