“M&M American Builders are a very professional company. My wife and I own a ranch style home. In the kitchen she wanted a double window to be removed and a door. She wanted it replaced with a sliding door. John & Keith came in and reconstructed the entire back wall of our kitchen to accommodate her vision, and let me say they did just that. We are told over and over again how much this has changed the look of our kitchen from the natural lighting, space and above all the quality of work done. They were very helpful and when leaving they left everything spotless inside and out. If you ask for something to get done M&M American Builders of NH will deliver just that.”

“In 2015, Lake Living Consultants made my lifetime dream come true - a home built on my family property in Shapleigh, Maine. Tucked in the corner of a field provides the perfect setting to watch wildlife of all kinds, stars at night and catch the breeze as it blows through our open living space! From the first meeting to our last, Tyler and Scott provided wonderful services. From Scott's gift with design to Tyler's natural talent with color and everything that looks great, we were more than pleased. All permits and inspections were done by them which made for a smooth process. The father and son team took a great interest in the project from the start as was evident in deciding the perfect placement of the building. Their attention to detail, use of the best sub contractors and materials made for a great experience! I was particularly impressed with how efficient Tyler was in returning calls, always there to answer a question and help make decisions on everything! They were very flexible in allowing us to interject ideas as we went through the building process. It was wonderful to watch Tyler, whom I've known since he was a little boy, take the lead in the building of our home in such a professional, caring manner. “Chris worked on a wide variety of projects around our house including extensive external trim, which he finished beautifully. He also installed replacement doors and windows in a couple drafty locations, at a price far below the quote I received from a national window company. Chris was here when he said he would be, communicated clearly and charged us a fair price. I would highly recommend Chris for any professional carpentry job.”

“George Trojan is a gifted and talented professional. He excels in both general contracting of large building jobs as well as being a detailed perfectionist in finish carpentry projects. His work ethic and good humor along with his desire to please the customer make him a delight to work with. Working as the project manager in the rebuilding of my home after a fire, I found him easily accessible and available and immediately responsive to my questions, requests, and suggestions. The advice he provided on design was superb and his ability to grasp and handle a large number of challenges and problems made the job go quickly and smoothly. His practice of working through and completing one job before taking on another made me, as the customer, feel like I was his first and only priority. I would say that his character and integrity make him a contractor you can depend on and put your trust in. I recommend him without reservation.”

“I highly recommend Greater Portland Renovations. Originally, they did a rot repair job for us. Moisture got in under or front door and caused rot. They arrived to do the work on the scheduled day at the time promised. Even though the rot spread a bit further than expected, the cost remained within the estimated range. I was so impressed with the integrity of the company and kindness of the workers, that I also decided to hire them to install new hardwood floors in our home. As they were doing the job, they came across more rot under the back door, which we had no idea about. They took everything in stride. They repaired the issue right away, and charged us a reasonable amount to repair it. Our old floors were both glued and nailed down with a nail about every half inch of flooring. This was by means no easy job. They still managed to finish the job quickly, as they knew we were trying to sell our home. The floors were installed perfectly, and look amazing. I would recommend Greater Portland Renovations to ANYONE!!!”
