“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”

“Our HOA hired the most professional team to do some work on our Community Center. Of three companies contacted for estimates, the Krause team answered quickest. They were able to come out within the same week and gave us an estimate. There were problems getting some special order parts to the repair and I was especially pleased that this company kept me in the loop at all times as to the delays. When the parts came in, the repairs were made immediately and they were done very well. The estimate held true and the work was done well. The office personnel were wonderful and friendly. I so enjoyed working with everyone. So much so that I have them coming to my own home next week to give me estimates on some much needed work under my own roof. Rather than dreading it, I am looking forward to the entire experience. I highly recommend this most professional and pleasant company.”

They had renovated our kitchen for a fair price compared to other remodeling companies out in the MD area. Very knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Alex was very professional and very to the point where we needed some clarifications regarding to questions and he took his time to answer every each one of them. “I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“I hired DPCC to demolish and replace a screened porch on my 1930's Dutch Colonial in Southern Maryland based on architectural plans. Doug Pruett's bid was accurate and reasonable. He pulled permits right away and his crew completed the entire project on budget within 2.5 weeks. Doug was extremely responsive to all inquiries I made via phone or email. His crew worked diligently and did an amazing job with the intricate trim. They answered any questions I had as the job was going along and kept the site neat, cleaning it up at the end of each work day. When the job was complete there was an issue with the deck stain not setting properly. Doug followed up with the supplier and was able to obtain free replacement stain and sent a crew out to resand and restain the flooring at no additional cost to me. I could not have had a better experience with this project and highly recommend DPCC!”

“The One Source team led by Todd has been outstanding to work with, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My home was severely damaged via fire and the insurance process was arduous. Looking for a GC I trusted was another painful process. I needed a partner committed to helping me create a new home - not just a house - and rebuild to the quality level needed for me to feel confident and comfortable. Todd has been phenomenal, from start to (almost!) finish. The care he has taken in making sure I'm getting what I want is a mark of true professionalism and commitment to real service. And, while Mother Nature dealt some blows that slowed us down and added to the statement of work, OS has worked to get us back on track, plus dealt with extra insurance paperwork.
