“We have had many Reno projects done by Penny - Renovation Jeannie. Her attention to the details, creativity, skill set, project planning and management are outstanding! In 2014 we did a patio conversion, 2016 our bathrooms went from outdated 1979 to bright, modern, clean, with a custom tile shower, and highly functional small spaces! Penny always made sure we were working within our budget but somehow getting all the things we wanted. She helped us with product selection when we needed it and brought in other speciality trades when we needed them to get the projects finished just right. Working in a high rise condo has its challenges and Renovation Jeannie found solutions to all of them. Highly recommend Renovation Jeannie for any Reno’s or updates to your home! We are currently working with Renovation Jeannie starting on our kitchen update 2021.”

“We had a flood in our home and had to choose 3 general contractors to put in bids to restore our home. Luckily for us, we had heard of Alair through a friend and gave Carlos a call to come take a look at the work ahead and some extra renos we wanted done. From the first prompt meeting with Carlos, Jason and Marc we felt at ease, we knew they'd be working for and with us. They were professional, charismatic, and meant business, it was clear then that they love what they do. Throughout the process the attention to detail, the extra up and above calls and points of contact were impeccable. There were never any questions, Carlos was always on the same page as us or a step ahead. We always knew where our budget was at, and knew our timeline of what was getting done and when. There wasn't a day that something wasn't getting done on our house. Jason, the general contractor always had his work space spotless, he was respectful, kind and his work ethic was above the rest. Our experience with Alair was completely seamless, professional and top-notch. As stressful as a flood can be, Alair gave us the absolute best experience, we would recommend Alair to anybody and everybody looking for a job well done without the headaches of a home Reno.”

“JD Paving Stones is a company that is trustworthy and does absolutely superior work. Jeremy and his crew did work for our Railway Museum. Other contractors we had contacted wanted to bring in their own bricks which would have made a huge impact on the price. We had our own bricks which had been donated. Jeremy said why buy bricks when we already had some. We immediately hired his company to do the work. The workmanship was superb and the price so very reasonable. We have work that needs to be done in our own backyard and we wouldn’t even consider hiring any other company. Only Jeremy and JD Paving Stones.”

“We had Equinox Home Innovations take on old house and turn it into a beautiful school. They worked with the City and our engineer to facilitate all the appropriate permits - which was no easy task as there were a great number of building codes to work with to facilitate having a school in a house- and most importantly they completed the project on time and within our budget. When we first approached Equinox, we were in a very tight time frame due to waiting for city approval to operate at this location, and Equinox was the ONLY company willing to jump in and work quickly to ensure we would be ready to open in time for school to start! Since then, they have provided us with exceptional support ensuring that our school was in excellent working order. We have had them back to do additional work since the original reno. They were in constant communication with us throughout the entire project to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend their work to anyone who is looking for a professional construction team to come in, and not only provide great workmanship, but also amazing service. They came to our rescue when we needed help on the transformation of our school and we appreciate their timely and exceptional work!”
